Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Nexxus Credit Repair ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before signing up.
Nexxus Credit Repair is a credit repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq. We comply fully with all requirements of that Act, as well as applicable Texas state law.
Your Rights Under Federal Law
Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) Disclosure:
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. You are not required to use a credit repair company to do so.
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you have the following rights:
- Right to cancel. You may cancel your contract with Nexxus Credit Repair without penalty within three (3) business days of signing.
- Right to a written contract. You are entitled to a written contract specifying the services to be performed, the total cost, and the timeframe for results.
- No upfront payment requirement for results. A credit repair organization may not require payment until the promised services have been fully performed, unless the organization complies with applicable exceptions under law.
- Right to sue. You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the CROA.
- Right to dispute directly. You have the right to contact credit reporting agencies directly to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information at no cost to you.
No Guarantee of Results
Important: No credit repair company can guarantee specific results. Anyone who promises a specific credit score increase or guaranteed removal of accurate, verifiable information is not being truthful.
Nexxus Credit Repair makes no guarantees regarding:
- The amount by which your credit score will increase
- The removal of any specific item from your credit report
- The timeframe in which results will be achieved
- Approval for any specific loan, credit card, or financial product
We will work diligently on your behalf using proven strategies, custom dispute letters, and direct creditor negotiation. However, the outcome of each dispute depends on factors outside our control, including the response of credit bureaus and creditors.
Services Provided
Nexxus Credit Repair provides the following services, as agreed upon in your individual service contract:
- Review and analysis of your credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion
- Identification of potentially inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable items
- Preparation and submission of custom dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors
- Debt consolidation guidance and referrals
- Credit coaching and education
- Assistance with establishing and building new credit lines
- Ongoing monitoring and follow-up on disputes
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your agreement with Nexxus Credit Repair within three (3) business days from the date you sign the contract, for any reason and without penalty. To cancel, you must notify us in writing:

After the three-day cancellation period, you may still cancel your service at any time. Fees for services already performed prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
Payment Terms
Our fees and payment structure will be clearly outlined in your individual service agreement before any work begins. Key terms include:
- All fees are disclosed in writing before you sign your contract
- We do not charge for services that have not yet been performed, in compliance with the CROA
- Payment plans are available and will be outlined in your service agreement
- You will not be charged hidden fees or undisclosed costs
Your Responsibilities
To allow us to perform our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your credit history and financial situation
- Provide copies of or access to your credit reports from all three major bureaus
- Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
- Notify us of any changes to your contact information
- Not engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresent information on credit applications
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our services or have a complaint, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve the issue:

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days. If we are unable to resolve the matter informally, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law, including but not limited to the CROA, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Texas state consumer protection laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexxus Credit Repair's total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount of fees you have paid to us. We are not liable for:
- Actions taken by credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies
- Delays in credit bureau responses or processing
- Inaccurate information you provide to us
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Confidentiality
We take the privacy of your personal and financial information seriously. All information you share with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act where applicable.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active clients by email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
